Regional Manager | Apartments

Stephanie joined Greenleaf Management in 2014 and brings more than 18 years of multi-family experience ranging from Class “A” to Class “C” assets. With oversight of fiscal accountability, marketing, personnel and physical asset management, she has managed a diverse mix of communities from lease-up and rehab to Tax Credit and Section 8 properties. Stephanie holds a Certified Apartment Manager designation from the National Apartment Association and focuses on improving property operations and increasing cash flow for our properties. Her highly engaging leadership style includes hands-on, goal-oriented team leadership and a desire to help others succeed. Stephanie’s current portfolio extends throughout the Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina and North Carolina markets.

Stephanie is the Regional Manager for the Apartments Team who wants to live in a world filled with happy residents, books that come bundled with dark chocolate and a force field around her wallet that repels college kids and after school extracurricular activities! She currently resides in Johns Creek, GA with her husband and is a mother to their seven children ranging in age from 28 to 10. Stephanie serves on the board for Special Ks, the Johns Creek chapter for Special Olympics of Georgia. She is also a member of the National Charity League.
